One good cop, one bad cop. This is the perfect example of why qualified immunity needs to be eliminated forever, the good cop doesnt need qualified immunity because he understands his job. The bad onedoesn't need it for obvious reasons.
Every defense attorney, ever involved in a case that cop has had his hands on must bring it before the court for dismissal. The Orlando Prosecutor, in the interest of justice must toss every case that cop has pending. The Orlando prosecutor must not resist defense motions to do the same.
