It’s normal y’all. This happens in SB and the front range almost every winter.
Man who is DAF enough to stand on an over topped bridge during a flood? Uhh, NBC reporters thats who.
Saves on mowing for a while.
I don’t know why people would buy a house next to a creek or river.
Of course idiots are hanging out on it.
This must be more of that climate change/global warming drought that we have heard so much about. Right? Am I right?
California is gonna flood ill be under water sad end of times is here and people think its a joke
Wow. All the people on section 8 vouchers are urged to rent studios in the worst flood areas downtown and from the worst slumlords and get so many parking tickets on their cars they get impounded and seized. What are these nonprofits thinking?????? If they keep us dependent, they can get the upcoming $280 million in federal homeless gravy train dollars!!!!!!
Real Estate fraud is the cause of the flooding 🏗
Let's just stand here on this bridge that's being pummeled by fast-moving water… No risk there at all.
SB always seems to get drowned in these storms
Santa Barbara is the most beautiful city in California and California is the most beautiful state on the mainland.
Note to future self….DON'T BUY A HOME NEAR A CREEK.
Creek overtops bridge???! How much are they paying editors these days?!
Did you mean Creek Washes Over Bridge..?
Creek Floods Bridge..?
Creek Breaches Bridge..?
Are they helping the illegals first or our homeless?
it's the END ,, CLIMATE CHANGE is killing , PRAY for us , we might get WET, and catch a cold
Crazy California weather is much more entertaining than midwest crazy weather – cuz people actually talk about it like it's crazy AND it hardly rains in the first place.
In the South East, crazy weather is normal and therefore boring.
Hope this clears things up for you poeple who complain that Californians 'complain' about the weather.
So… "overtop" is now correct instead of overflow??
Yawn, every other year or so. Slow day I guess. 😂
In 2024, our planet enters a 12,000-year cosmic cycle. Since then calamities will intensify and occur much more often.

I've got my kayak strapped to the roof of my car, after breakfast I'll be taking it for a trip down this river. Hope I'm able to pass under this bridge when I reach it!
“Oh look, it’s people from the news.”😂
With any luck gruesome Newsom and the entire state will get washed away into the abyss.
Oh no, it is weather!
Only idiots would stand there
And the midwest will become a desert when the dust bowl returns permanently.
