Protests broke out in Grand Rapids, Mich., where demonstrators have demanded justice following the fatal police shooting of a Black man during a traffic stop. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who is representing the family of Patrick Lyoya, said the officer involved failed to used his training. NBC News’ Megan Fitzgerald explains what led up to the shooting.
