Hamlin is dead. Why hasn't he given an interview or gone live on social? Why is his face covered with sunglasses on?
Hes dead. if somoene needs 10 minutes of CPR after a heart attack, there is very little chance they would survive. also, CPR for that long would break his ribs, and he was waving his hands in the air. Thats why he was wearing a mask and sunglasses.
Someone please explain to me why we overly glorify when professional players get hurt?!?! And why as a society we fail to give praise to first responders who on a daily basis give the ultimate sacrifice!!! What is wrong with society? Many have lost their moral compass.

I posted this on another website regarding the same event. Seems like a lot of misreporting and unanswered questions.
A number of medical people and reporters have talked about early CPR, speculation on the cause of the event etc
A guest Doctor's remarks (in the other video) got my attention. She claimed (like others) that CPR was done early (She stated within 10-20secs of the collapse). So this implies he was in cardiac arrest almost immediately after his collapse.

0:12sec He collapses. Some players turn but continue on.
0:18secs The first time in the footage you see responders at Hamlin's position.
0:29secs The responders seem to be talking to him crouched over him and he is moving. One seems to remove his mouth guard.
0:46secs There is a clear shot from behind Hamlin's head and he is still moving.
Observations at this point.
1. There is no CPR whatsoever.
2. There is no AED observable. He is not even prepped for it. That is, his shirt and helmet would be removed, sweat wiped off so the AED pads can stick without dangerous arcing. The helmet would need to come off to be able to apply bag/ mask ventilation with 100% O2 if he was arrested. None of this happens
3. In fact, there is no medical equipment of any kind in Hamlin's vicinity nor any sign of equipment being brought onto the field other than the spineboard.
4. As noted, the footage clearly shows Hamlin moving, first his legs, then his arms. There is only 3 ways that could happen. 1. Somebody bumped him and lifted his arms. 2. He is still semi-conscious or conscious and moved them himself. 3. He is in cardiac arrest but is having a hypoxic seizure.
1:05sec. No CPR being performed. There are about 8 men in blue tops around him and one guy at the head end supporting his neck. This is way too crowded for a good resus effort to occur.
This is the last shot of the response before cameras do a close up of the Buffalos coach.
Other observations.
1. So when did he go into cardiac arrest? During transfer to the ambulance? Just before? You can't do effective CPR with a patient on a guerney. In the back of the ambulance?
2. And when was CPR commenced then? Certainly not up until at least beyond the 1 min mark.
3. Why wasn't he prepped for a resus early on?
3. Why was no medical equipment brought onto the ground if his situation was so dire as reported?
There are a lot of unanswered questions about this medical response. I wasn't there to be sure. My observations are based on the footage. But what actually happened then? Thoughts are of course with Lamar Hamlin and his family, friends and comrades.
