Here in Eugene OR we have a nice balance of not to hot or to cold, during summer it can hover in the 80s, we might get a one week per summer where it will hit tipple digits. Spring and fall we have an average of 74F. Even in winter it doesn't get too cold between 30-50F. We might get one weekend per year with some snow that quickly melts. Being in the valley we get plenty of rain but I like rain. I love living in Oregon, the goldilocks of state's weather, not to hot or too cold.

I vote to preserve Tulare Lake! They never should have blocked the River water from making the lake, and draining it in the first place. They need to stop draining swamp lands, and other land for farming.
