But as I said else where, we have 400 plus million guns for every man, women, child and pet in the USA to keep ourselves safe, not that pets can. Question! How is it working?
Europe has as many mentally ill people as the USA if that's the issue, but less than "10%" of the mass shootings as we in America do.
I mean overall they have been much safer than we are even wthout most of them not owning any arms.
Many of these shooter's were licenced or kids of parents who are.
Any of these people can go through a state of depression, even good people and be a risk to themselves or others, and sadly all these others are the ones being killed! even with all the other "good people" out there wth guns.
