An investigation is underway into a deadly crash in upstate New York after a tour bus ran off the roadway and rolled over. One person was killed, according to authorities. NBC News’ Emilie Ikeda has the latest.

Was the driver not in the right state of mind or was it an issue with the bus. If it's the 2nd statement I said, then the company should do a better job of checking for RED FLAGS.

I've seen these huge Flix buses hauling a** between LA and Vegas. Did not seem safe at all.
My late friend always wanted me to go on tour bus trips.
I never would go for this very reason.

this one time at band camp
I was there, you can see my car parked nearby as police interviewed me off camera.
It's was absolutely gruesome, a person had their Stomach/abdomen completely blown open and exposed to the open air.
It was about 60 degrees out here and there was literal STEAM coming out of their lower stomach. I honestly
couldn't believe that the human body was that hot on the inside
One female driver was dry heaving after getting out of her
vehicle to run up & get a better look, as the person's entrails had smelled like "Bad sewage" (As the lady described). I had to drop my breakfast off at
the nearby shelter because I had lost my appetite knowing I had inhaled someone's inner "Fumes", I even found myself dry heaving earlier just thinking about it…
I will never forget seeing this .
That person did not want to die .what a tragedy
Whats crazy is folks taking video and not helping … thosefolks i hope never need help.
I have seen the way some of these drivers drive these buses and turned them in not that anything happened to them. I would rather walk than ride with some of these cowboys.

FLIXBUS has a very bad track record (since its strart in Europe) of overwhelming their drivers with faar too many long drives after each other and generally paying very bad, so only the most desperate people choose to drive for them. Both sad for the drivers and the passengers in the end. It also falsely claimed to be more environmentally friendly than electric trains in europe, which was so far off that even oil and gas financed "news" outlets had a go on them.

I have ridden Flixbus a few times (4-6) and not only was the driver extremely RUDE with an attitude but drive extremely fast and made me feel very unsafe. I have never had a driver who wasn’t snappy or rude and only once had a Driver that didn’t drive aggressively or at high speeds.
