He was a junkie from this report and that would have killed them soon anyways. Law enforcement shouldn't have to continually deal with the same people over and over. I miss the days when they could help with a flat, push your car out of traffic. I was on hold the other night waiting on 911 to answer, so you know the crime here is out of control
He had heart problems and was high on cocaine. He had an open bottle of alcohol in a vehicle. Resisted when police tried to detain him. It’s sad that this man lost his life, but everything he did that night was wrong, yet the police get the blame
