Recommending Tiny Homes for rebuilding.
I want to thank Dr OSABA on YouTube for curing my HSV disease
My next house would be house that can float if I lived there
Losses should be billed to all of those that refuse to leave if you were told to leave and you were able to and did not you should be fine!
This is a sad and terrible thing to happed to anyone
Biden is a joke.
Heres why. Again be peaceful. We have a nonviolent plan being inacted globally. The businesses and all the people when interviewed in all brevard say its a biker mafia that runs their town and their is no rule of law. I came with body cameras, legal documents, lawyer services. Then finally the vendors said, "look dude orders come from the top around here for everything. Even if you beat us up or kill us they will just find a legal way to kill you. Thats how the mafia takes out its foes in these areas. They say yes or no, and we have to obide. This was the mechanic. He said they troll you thru the vendors and try go get you to lash out while following you with undercovers who are armed. They will tease you endlessly thru the communication lines trying to say its mental health. They have seen them surround grown men at gun point and even kill them, strap them to hospital beds and all to keep them imprisoned while they basically drain your resources if they want your wife and or car. Or if you arent welcome in their town. There is no way to beat them and just pay the mechanic shakedowns as they balance the books and force recovery church lifestyles on you. He said dont shoot the messenger and he wishes me the best. This was multiple mechanics around town including tire kingdom. They even control the doctors and the chamber of commerces, firemen police hospitals all have an alliance with farmers mechanics etc. I hope this is not true. But it could be from my experiences in brevard melbourne florida. I think they were trying to tease me to get me to lashout to evict or legally kill, entrap me with odd nonstop scenerios that seem ubelievable. Since they see all the big tech, and can track car too. You cannot beat them. They are basically all slaves trapped. Its ashame if true. Very corrupt and very few jobs that even got close to being a living wage. It was implied also they do this to leverage young attractive couples into marriage or prostitution. Again this is what the concensus is. I can go with tim pool and others, take a test car subject like myself. Strap bodycams to them and do an undercover investigation. I would have to have international protections or be granted titled of senator or congressman before id even attempt such so that i can have unique protections during the investigations. The entire brevard county is corrupt so the concensus goes. I can only hope this reaches the hands of a stronger adversary to come free all of us. Its no different than an afghanistan prison break, once you breach their parimeters you will have 80 percent of the town or more ready to take up arms to assist.
Typical of ABC to want to place blame on elected officials. I am a native Floridian and like was said earlier, residents bear a certain responsibility to begin with (it's Hurricane Season folks – BE READY!). But as was said earlier, a lot of people ignore evacuation orders so they are risking it all, even death. Hurricanes are very unpredictable and I've seen them take nearly 90 degree turns and stop in one place to two days. I rode out Donna, Andrew, Charlie and Irma and Ian is right up there with the worst of them all. This may be in the end, the highest death toll of any previous storm.
God created clean scenarios to test US government on their oen infrastructure development propagandas.
Matrix ending so all spirits are permanently going free
Hi, very sad to hear of death toll rising and people saying they are going to rebuild in the exact same spot. IF they do then they would need to build something like a lighthouse, i.e. one of the only few buildings left untouched by Katrina in the New Orleans hurricane disaster or at least consider building a round shaped and preferably a concrete building – but for that to be even possible Building codes for unconventional buildings would need to be revised or relaxed considerably by councils and local authorities.
IF future Hurricane disasters like IAN are going to be repeated and currently that possibility seems to be more than just a possibility but almost a certainty – then Building A square BOX like shaped house that presents a FLAT surface wall [not built to resist extreme pressures] to raging floodwaters and extreme wind pressures then the end results of no radical changes of building codes are inevitably going to be homes – destroyed over and over again. SADLY.
I 3rd of any dome or rounded concrete building that would allow extreme wind and water pressures to flow around it more easily should be underground to anchor the Building to the land for the other 2/3ds, i.e. 3 stories – not just a conventional two stories with the third level to be above expected flood surge levels and thus provide at least a fighting chance for residents to ride out a severe or extreme storm event or even a tornado as well as hurricanes.
The two types of buildings least affected in Katrina were in fact the lighthouses and the sports stadium, i.e. mostly dome shaped although it did lose part of its roof – but many did seek and find at least some shelter there.
Of course all of what I've just written most likely won't even be considered by building authorities or councils and especially not coming from an Aussie from the land down under – but I'm going to voice [write] what I think regardless of what anybody else does think of my suggestions – because I'm not a building engineer or designer – Just a helpless observer doomed to watching people suffer over and over again – when New Housing ideas and designs need to become a reality in order for people in any country to at least ride out severe Weather events to some degree.
IF by some remote chance some innovative or really progressive councils/counties do start to rethink building codes to build better and more Wind and flood resistant buildings such as the 3 story lighthouse model – [ just a figment of my imagination many years ago but I actually sat down and designed that figment at one point based on my observations and the top floor above the expected flood surge level should have A fresh water tank installed like skyscrapers have – doesn't need to be too large but enough for a family to drink at least for a possible extended period of time and on that floor at least a rubber inflatable dinghy or small boat of some type – i.e. a lifeboat anchored there as well plus solar panels to power at least some things like communications devices/PCs and a CB radio etc – so people aren't cut off from the outside world for extended periods with nobody knowing their fate. Oh and maybe a solar powered bar fridge for tinnies and as flood waters rise residents could take their food supplies from the pantry up to the roof also. My design was actually more of a doughnut shape in fact with a central elevator shaft and auxiliary steel ladder built in like those in sewerage access points/street manholes – in case of likely power grid failure. 😉 Incidentally the central lift/elevator shaft [ powered by a 4wd 12 volt winch] was to be sealed at every floor by a watertight hatch and all external windows around the outside of the three doughnuts mounted or anchored on top of one another that could be manufactured in some pre-fab manner by some innovative building or concrete manufacturing company were to be reasonably large portholes sealable against water ingress and for internal natural daylight considerations.
The front door access should be a hatch type entryway like in ships or submarines and then theoretically NO water should enter any part of any of the three stories – Basement in ground level included.
Car garages would not be attached to these buildings but separate instead.
Additionally I can give all the dimensions of this radical yet simple home design – i.e. 30-40 feet doughnut rings – depending on the size of land lots they are to be built on but would nevertheless fit on many small blocks. The third upper floor above the Doughnut rings would be an open Deck with a ring wall at least 8 feet high with drainage pipes protruding slightly from the base of the ring [ Think of the Top of a Propane Bottle] that would house the Fresh water tank, the emergency lifeboat room, and of course porthole windows for viewing the scenery for not only miles around above or near tree-top levels but also the grounds below and in turn would be roofed over entirely by a circular solar panel array to the edges of the ring wall and how that is constructed would indeed be an engineers job and a solar panel companies' to work out the details. Now as to the Centre Elevator shaft and entry to each sealable level think of a Quoits game with instead of thin rope quoits Fat doughnut Rings attached to the Quoits base anchored far below the three upper stories and below the basement doughnut ring .
Each doughnut ring floor could be from the standard 8 foot high ceilings sloping up to even ten or 12 feet high to where the doughnut meets the central elevator shaft.- depending on expected flood surge levels in any given area on Earth for the roof heights required and all these doughnut ring decks or floors could be made of relatively lightweight but reinforced or fibrous ferro cement and made as a prefabricated unit to be lowered by crane onto the central quoits anchoring elevator shaft.
And there you have it – A cyclone, Hurricane, Storm surge resistant home and if built on rubber or spring based or earthquake Quoit's shaft – that if manufactured by concrete companies the world over would eventually become very cheap to build and built to last – hopefully indefinitely and the residents much more protected from the Elements than conventional buildings using antiquated building codes to continue to build boxes that will eventually end up as matchsticks strewn over the landscapes of known hurricane or typhoon areas of the world. 🙃
Too bad about deaths…we were warned decades ago about climate change..should have listened..
Who stays on a barrier island while a hurricane is coming ashore? How many will run back and set up a new mobile home? The human species is not evolving to a more intelligent species.
These people were told to evacuate!! They knew there was a storm coming still they Did not heed the warning! These Floridians do this every hurricane and people are left to mourn! I don’t understand it!!!
Yup it's official. It's a hurricaine. Uh, what were you folks doing there? You had 3 days warning of a CAT4, from the weather experts and THIS WAS YOUR ESCAPE PLAN? That we'd have to spend billions to fish your out when you could have just driven away? Cost to drive away: 1 tank of gas. Causalities 0. Cost to stay: Billions to fish your behinds out, billions to feed and water you in place, billions from the health impact of you swimming in sewage. Causalities: Too many to count. Good work Florida!
85 death til is Incredible to what we originally thought we would loose. I'm so glad to hear its low…bless Christ!!
Wait a minute, you live in the dessert ; you better have store some water. Live by the Beach ; accept you may get flooded by the weather to getting caught up in a Title Wave under common sense law.
Te weater guy said when tey are that big they could pass over, so evacuation in florida is regular part of living in florida
Gobal warming, when will all of america get their own taste of it, lets not saw gobal waning bot freaky times.
It's unacceptable that our president has not been to Florida yet.
He's going to Puerto Rico before he goes to Florida?!
This administration is absolutely horrible!
Can you imagine the death toll if EV mandates were in place?
