The host was being deliberately obtuse at the end. Vivek emphasized the word *agenda*, indicating: 1) the similar phrasing of his sentence was intended to provoke your thoughts and 2) he isn’t talking about the climate itself but what activists and NGOs want to do, allegedly about climate.
