This is granted, not a loan. Along with the Bill – All citizens, perminant residents, and native American indians shall be awarded $400,000 in a lump sum after 120 months of full time work, part time and volunteer work included in the sum total, whether collecting social security or not. Part time is credited half the number of months full time. Verified volunteer work credits double time. People here in the U.S. on work visa's shall be awarded $150,000 after the 120 months of work. These are a Grant, not a loan. The printing and issuance of money is validated by labor, production, goods or services for society. Now the citizen or resident can start a business if they choose, thereby serving their town and also producing tax revenue for the country. Along with the Bill – A Constitutional Amendment limitation on total taxation of the citizen to 10% excluding social security and unemployment. No more than 4% federal income tax after deductions. LLC and corporate tax eliminated. No more than 3% state sales tax and/or state income tax combined. No more than 3% local taxes town/city/county combined. Homeowner property tax and the land it's on outlawed. Along with the Bill or a separate Bill – An installation of price regulations on the medical industry that utilizes the Medicaid and Medicare card, resulting in a 85% to 99% reduction and decrease in healthcare costs across the board. All surgical and non- surgical procedures, medicines, x- ray's , dental, ambulance services, daily cost of the hospital room, etc… Only voluntarily participating doctors offices and hospitals now are permitted to utilize the Medicaid or Medicare card. Now the taxpayer can afford to pay 100% of all medical bills, and everyone can be issued the Medicaid card.
