Do you know what happened here . Gravel and sand . . These contractors decided that they were not going to use enough of it . See you can teach people how to do things but you gotta teach them why they are doing it . Or they will take short cuts that cost money later .
Watching them build the street and they are preparing for magnetic cars . With tracks in the foundation . Amazing . Right . But these damn contractors don't know that , so now there are going to be issues , because they don't know how important those tracks are . They just think it is for support , for access tunnels underneath .
