(Proverbs 29:2). This country is going to hell in a hand basket if we keep picking leaders and Presidents who allow all sorts of immoral things to be valued, and no longer value the Bible like we used too when this nation had the fear of the Lord.
Something that not many people are aware about is that misdemeanors have a statute of limitations of 2 years. Its going to be very hard for New York state to argue that he has been 'continuously' out of New York for 2 years. If they go for a felony charge the statute of limitations is 5 years, still over the statute of limitations as these were done in 2016, but is more plausible to argue. However, I think its VERY unlikely they can pin Trump for a felony for this. There's never been a person charged with a felony in New York state for solely falsifying business records. New York will need to prove he had intentionally done these mistakes to cover up a crime which under the current argument seems almost impossible with the current information.
Personally, I think its very possible that Trump can use the statute of limitations being over to throw the case out entirely. He has property in the state, clearly went to New York frequently when he was president and an argument that he was out of state for any criminal reasons is very weak.
