So they only showed this small town a small portion of the distorted video. They had apps to clear up his face and body. The longer video would have showed his strange walk. Its like they didn't want him to get caught for some reason. Maybe someone of importance was also involved?

Looks to me like Richard Allen let the 3 girls go because he knew there were 2 other girls at the end of the bridge but how did he know that? Unless he was hiding and saw these 2 young girls going to the bridge
To me it is very simple. Time lapse between photo of murderer and "Guys down the hill ". Chances of another murderer dressed like that appearing between that time lapse. … NIL.
