I’d rather have qualified cops than diverse cops. If the cops were mostly black in a white community and they do their job well then I want them. It doesn’t matter what color a cop is. If they are American citizens and believe in law and order and care for their communities they live in. Then give them some automatic fully functioning M-14 or M16’s and turn them loose on the criminal element and take out streets back.
