Why can the airlines cancel flights without repurcussions or consequences, but passengers cannot cancel without forfeiting their money? Should work both ways. For anything other than weather, airlines should not be allowed to cancel flights without financial penalties. A system-wide meltdown is a maintenance issue just the same as a jet engine exploding in flight – also a recent occurrence at Southwest Airlines.
There goes my SW Airlines stock .
My Question for Southwest!!!! How do you board bags on planes ✈️ with passengers owning those bags on the plane?????! Huge security risk for those passengers flying on your planes ✈️ with the proper owners of those bags on your planes!!!!!!!!

Southwest needs to be sanctioned for their incompetence. A forced 90 day shutdown will make sure they get their act together. Ninety days of no revenue is just what is needed as retaliation for ruining so many people's holiday.

My daughters still do not have their luggage that they flew to California then canceled their flight! They had to fly United Saturday morning and will do not have their luggage! My poor babies.

No the airport was not prepared at all. The fuel pumps all airlines have to use were frozen and no airlines could fuel equipment. He's lying and blaming everyone but the fat contractor that gets away with lack of maintenance

I flew SWA this October. A 4 hr travel day turned into 24 hrs starting at 5:15am.
I’d rather try any other airline after that experience
Oh please these airlines DO NOT CADE about personal belongings. They NEVER do much about the luggage they lose or damage so I doubt this will be any different.
