Chauvin deserves a new trial. The jury was intimidated into convicting.
Chauvin deserves a new trial or at least new sentencing. After he is convicted again he recieve life in prison instead of the 22 years only a criminal cop would get off with for cold-blooded murder

Resisting arrest or not. Derek came in way to aggressive with the gun straight off the point for a forged 20 bill. That's just crazy. On drugs or not you don't have the right to shove another human being into a car especially when they're telling you they're claustrophobic, let alone keeping your knee on his neck for minutes while multiple officers were holding him down. Take into account you get a gun pointed at you and pulled from your car so aggressively, then placed in handcuffs any human being will be scared. I personally don't think he was resisting I think he was just in fear.

He is a disgrace. At what point do you recognize that your actions caused the loss of life and a historic internationally moment? He committed a crime outside in the media age Someone is always filming. The unknown variable is whether that video will cause a viral moment. It did. He took a man's life as he begged to be released. He will lose this appeal. He needs to settle in to his new home.

The trial should have been a mistrial as soon as we found out three of the jurors were not impartial, and that the rest were doxxed and threatened.
The judge should take less than 9 minutes to deny a retail which is the same amount of time it took chauvin to deny George floyd his life.
