When DeSantis draws crowds like Trump then I could take this conversation seriously…do not forget DeSantis barely won Florida first time around! Trump has been in the public eye for more than 30 yrs so if his demeanor still offends you then that is more your issue than his…that is why he won resoundingly in 2016…he is a fighter…also DeSantis was in congress what made him stand out there…I am waiting…exactly..he learned many of his political tactics from who…you guessed it,Trump! Of course Trump is not perfect…then again who is…but he had the Democrats in constant fear…the Democrats and RINOs attacked him 24/7 and look at all he accomplished..Republicans are in the majority in Florida that is why DeSantis has accomplished what he has…BTW Dr. Oz lost because of Dr. Oz…Dr. Oz made it to the Republican nomination because of Trump so did Walker, Masters etc. the rest is up to the individual candidates.

People now do politics like sports- fans stick with "their" team no matter what. People don't seem to understand the ramifications of living like that in a failing republic. laissez-faire: a philosophy or practice characterized by a usually deliberate abstention from direction or interference, especially with individual "freedom of choice" and "action thinking" prevails.
I think the majority of conservatives are wrong with their assessment. Unless and until we win the hearts and minds of young people, conservative ideals will lose and be forgotten. It will get worse as more young people are indoctrinated in our school systems. Take back your children. Start with the school boards and work your way up. Focus on our young before it is too late. The Florida anomaly is a reflection of the age and education of Floridians. Our young folks believe that abortion is a right. A God given right? Our young people do not know history, are not learning in our schools and being programmed to accept socialism and communism as alternatives to freedom and a democratic republic. Pray hard and get involved with the children.

The man's record of public service speaks for itself. DeSantis has been a hero and a rockstar with "Trumpian" chutzpah — for YEARS, now.
