The schools must have fence and 2 gates. 1st gate for the vehicles ang 2nd gate for the individual or person
who will get inside. Both gates must have security guards (with gun / firearm detector). That suggestion
is based on experience when I was still studying in my native country (non-US). There, no individual can enter the school premises when bringing a gun or harmful objects. So far, mass school shooting never happened.
