An unknown illness with flu-like symptoms has sickened children in at least two school facilities in Detroit and one student has died. WDIV’s Mara MacDonald reports.

Did both schools order any edible products from the same company that other schools may have not gotten? For example: cafeterias order certain brands of say chicken nuggets and they ran out filling out orders for other schools and subbed in another brand of chicken nuggets to fill these two orders? Produce, milk, meats and breads are all being tampered with now.
Adding: could this be an outbreak of mono?
