Reason : 👉Kapil Dev did in single-combined-action. he did not took time to settle down and then took aim , as did HARVEY
👉 it was bulls eye , hitting middle of middle stump , that even on a direct throw.
👉fielding standards improved in the later stages , Kapil Dev did the job when fielding was not given that much importance by players …. With time ,every team / player spends more time on fielding drills
( eg : current BBL fielding efforts could not have been imagined some 10-15 yrs back )
