Familial DNA has been used here in the UK to close cold cases even when the original perpatrator is dead backed up by exhumation of said person . This is how the lands end historic murders were eventually solved in Scotland .
I am sorry but I find it inexcusable that DNA was not tested ASAP-no excuse
What a pretty girl she was, condolences to the family who never got to share that life with her!
Carla wallker can solve many murders from beyond the grave
1974 my mom was 10 years old ๐ฎnow almost 60 and grandma to 8 kids.
God bless this poor girl rip ๐ญ๐ฎ glad u can get justice ๐ข
I just love DNA! Let's find all the monsters!
49 year old case. Good for them. Cases this old and older should NOT BE persued with public funds. There's too much neglect of current public safety to go after 50 year old crimes.
I would love to do this. I love genetics, I love history, love doing reseach, love building family trees and I am obsessed with crime shows. Genetic genealogy is also a great way to help people find their biological parents.
Why is there music playing during the interview? Act more professional!
beatiful, please fund millions, we need this. Zero murder Country, like Dubai.
This is why I want to go into the forensic field I want to help families get answers for their lost loved ones ๐
I think people who donโt want to submit their DNA have something to hide
Thank goodness he was still alive so he can pay for what he did
The evil that men do lives on and on…
It's always a dirty man, that commits these kind of crimes.
When was he arrested and put in jail?
Good news
Finally something which can help solve the cold case of Jonbennet Ramsey
They need to run Glen McCurley's DNA in connection to other cases in areas where he has lived. These guys usually do these things more than once.
Of course the politician is pushing the bill, he is invested in it – money man
3.5/10 looks like a cromagnon
Welp I'm definitely getting caught some day
I keep saying it FOX has real life present time matter News, not this mind distraction democrats media News cast ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐…..SMH

Praise the Lord for DNA.
God Bless the people who have excelled in it's study..
Sad RIP Carla๐๐ป
Amazing story
Justice was delivered!
– and of course we have to pay for his health and upkeep the rest of his life. That's not justice.
Great reporting Gadi.
Gender Dysphoria is a mental illness. We can't change our DNA !
It's wonderful it's groups of people that will do work in solving these cases. That has to be one of the greatest achievements.
I'm working on the 1983 Cindy Bringhurst cold case from Pocatello, Idaho.
The "Ted Bundy" copycat serial killer who murdered young girls in South Eastern Idaho from the late 1970s to possibly the late 1980s.
The culprit is named Dennis Felsman, his brother Terry Felsman was the Pocatello police captain who investigated Cindy Bringhurst's disappearance in the Summer of 1983. Terry Felsman was also the person would find Cindy Bringhurst's body in the days following her kidnapping.
I'm very close to solving the case.
