  3. Stalking? Totally agree. I live on the MLS site these days, patiently waiting for my prey (condo) to show itself.😇

  4. You know how a crack habit sounds!. Like this!.

  5. Rates went up to cover Biden's blunders…. over spending and way under achieving…..

  6. I am new to the stock market. Every stock that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed on all the stock opportunities so far for the tech stocks.I believe having 75K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the stock market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good stock to buy and loosing all the good opportunities 🙁

  7. Lies.
The market becomes an investment and landlords don't want to lower their standard of living.
Landlords also had to pay mortgages while covid and the tenants didn't have to pay rent.

    Now they are playing catch-up.

  8. You can not have a lease for forever. Eventually your lease will run out and your lease will increase !

  9. Do you notice how all these politicians just talk and no action about impeaching?

  10. We will not have a lot of inventory bc the homebuilder cannot get the supplies they need. Plus you have corporations that are buying the homes, especially foreclosures are only available to purchase for non profits and gov agencies. Another factor for rent increases is bc property taxes are increasing and they have to adjust the rent to cover expenses

  11. something does not add up…. i make load centers at work…. we make about 55,000 of them a week…. boss wants 100,000 per week….
where are all these going if there are no homes or apartments.???

  12. Fighting 8.5% inflation (more like 35%) with a 1% Fed funds interest rate is like stopping a forest fire with a bucket of water. Folks prepare accordingly. Make investment in other not to depend on the government for funds.

  13. 1600-2000 where im from for a 1 bd ….everyone is becoming homeless

  14. $5000 avg rent for one bedroom in NYC? You need to move.

  15. Please I am in my nest and cannot go anywhere.Everything is too expensive but I will defeat it.

  16. This report is BS, it is not because of a lack of inventory. The reason you don't know where rental costs are going to go is because of the tax increases. We in CO had our property tax increased to the point of making mortgage payments and rental costs unaffordable. Combine that with inflation and you have a housing problem. Government is creating the housing shortage in America and it will only increase the number of homeless.

  17. Lie, inventory increased but investors dont want to sell LOW because they Bought HIGH. Only time will force them to Sell LOW. Because they cant keep a High Intrest liability on there books. They're just trying to hedge the bet. Give it time and it will drop.

  18. It's not interesting it's disgusting

  19. Almost like capitalism has failed

  20. Something either of these women have to carry about as they smugly giggle about the rent average hahahah so funny 🤣

  21. During COVID all those rents were frozen for months; what has happened with them? Must all the back rent be paid or are the owners out many thousands of dollars?

  22. Whose dumb enough to pay $60,000/year for a 1 bedroom apartment???!!!???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is insane. Better to buy a cheap 2nd vehicle/van and buy a parking space and shower at the gym. $60,000/year (and going UP) for rent????

  23. GEE NOT ENOUGH PLACES TO LIVE… KEEP BRINGING IN illegal people AND GIVEING THEM PLACES TO LIVE FOR FREEEE!!!! FREEEE healthcare… FREEEE schools FREEE FREE FREE. THUS a theft of $$ out of the workers pockets to feed and cloth the NON PRODUTIVE LEACHES ON SOCIETY. THUS WORKERS RENTS GO HIGHER as you are competing with your own $$$ given to the leachers.
