My bet; they know kline is the bridge guy. The video probably has some evidence of someone else involved and police want them both and can't charge kline yet without compromising a case against someone else involved.

If law enforcement has been sitting on this for YEAR’S, they don’t have the evidence right now, possibly never , to convict the Kline’s for murder. There was obviously no dna collected of them at the scene OR any dna collected doesn’t match theirs and they’re protecting a suspect. All the while state police continue to investigate “new tips”.
Even if this monster didn’t kill these precious children, he deserves to spend 24/7 inside a tiny cell for the rest of his pathetic life. Anyone who has pictures and videos of children being sexually assaulted and raped deserves exactly that. This isn’t child “pornography”. It’s children, REAL children, being violently sexually assaulted and raped. Not only do these monsters deserve the harshest punishments, these children need to be found and helped.
