what could be considered a "behavioral disability" in full grown adults ? I know of "developmental disabilities" I know of "Mental health disabilities" but what exactly would fall under "behavioral disability" that does not fall under the other 2? Is that now saying having a criminal rap sheet miles long is a disability because the individual has no way of controlling their "behavior"? By the way I am not referring to Miss Breonna Taylor in any way what they did to her was wrong..
