The Department of Justice has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to stay out of its investigation over its seizure of classified documents from Mar-a-Lago. The response comes after Donald Trump asked the Supreme Court to allow the special master reviewing the seized documents to access those that were marked classified. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian reports.
