Not two trains.. Three trains were included in that accident and 288 people died and still counting.. And almost 900 people injured. It's the biggest train disaster in the decade of india. I'm an Indian

More than 250 people have died…Its one of the deadliest accidents ever happened near my state.
They were probably all scammers on that train.

Well India is NOT the only country suffering from derailment and massive death toll. Pakistan, Greece, USA, Africa, other parts of Asia have the same issue.
But overall is still a horrible and tragic incident and everyone has the right to feel safe when travelling on trains in general around the world.

Why do we care about a train derailment in India that when my immediate attention is focused on my dying cancer riddled best dog ever of the past fifteen years looking up at me with tears in his eyes.

Not two trains, three trains collided together
As of Now 288 Dies, 900+ injured 3 trains (2 passenger and one Goods transporter) Due to Derailment of A Train some Of its Bogis got out to other Track on which another train was On its way and Then it caught one more train.

30 dead? nah it’s 200 and 900 injured
This incident happened in my state of Odisha on 02-06-2023
The accident just happened in just a few minutes of time period.
The coromandel express hit a frieght train at 130kmph which results in derailment of the coaches. Some of the coaches also went into the opposite track.
Another train Yesvantpur – howrah express was coming on that other track resulting the another derailment of some of its coaches.
Now we are fearing that most of the casuality must been from the passengers from coromondal express.
Suspected reasons can be :
Inadequate staff management due to which the train drivers has to overwork .
Poor management of rail management staff who were not sble to give corect signals to the drivers of both of the express trains .
Maybe load 100x more people on the train to add safety next time
