I never understood how this happens. Why do people seem to just get stuck on tracks? Does that car stop working or something? Seems like they can just move thr car whenever this happens.

The way the road and ground is different levels caused the car to get stuck. Any low car that comes over the road like they did will probably end up like this. Hopefully they will have more time to get it unstuck or the city will see the issue and fix it. Just my opinion

Seriously though, why does ANYBODY EVER stop their vehicle and let it sit on train tracks these days 🤦🏽♀️? There's really no need to do so, unless the car literally won't move, in which case could ask another driver to use their car/ truck to push it off for you. There's really just no good reason this had to happen, right?
