How does this play into a normal Joe blow when wanting to establishing other assets valued as collateral for funding other projects, you are at the mercy of the courts, why on earth isn't there a structured format that one has to follow where all parties have agreed on. This is highway robbery from the judiciary system. This is not a legal system this is corruption at the highest level. So what you're saying is I can value a property at x Amount then the lending institute then says well we think it's worth this amount then you meet somewhere in the centre, all parties agreed on, then you have an AG get involved and wants to sue you.
