These aren't droughts. They're drainage… Water doesn't just "disappear" Relative humidity globally would rise if this was the case. The water is being drained.. into underground reservoirs called "fractures" where they drill a hole to a fracture and drain the water into the earth's fracture to make it appear as a drought. Control the water and you control the world.
