Then, combine the gasless and oiless self running generators and solar in EVs and everything else for seemingly endless clean energy everywhere all the time. Also, use 3d printing construction tech for better buildings, vertical farming for the most and healthiest foods all year every year and so much more. I keep trying to help humanity move forward, but you guys keep just using and doing, dumb things. Wake up!!

I don’t think it’s just electric vehicles. Many dealerships are overstocked on pickup trucks. I drove by a Dodge dealer yesterday and saw a sign that read $22,000 discount hanging on a new pickup truck.

Regardless of the fact that most of us can't afford to buy one, I wouldn't even if I could, they're terrible, especially for my job. I use my own car to deliver for Amazon, I'm an Amazon Flexer. Our routes are called blocks, the smallest block is a 3 hr block, the largest is a 5 hr block. An EV would be nonsensical to use in my situation, period. EV's suck & are a hazard.
The mandate has nothing to do with climate change and everything to do with people like Nancy Pelosi and others in gov. buying stock in them. That's the only green they care about.
The amount of electricity it takes to fully charge one EV could power 6000 homes. How is this better, exactly?

I live in a rural area, commute 80 miles a day round trip, and often have -30 F winter temps. No EV is going to work for me.
