Yet when I was stabbed by a 17 year old they were charged for robbery and intimidation which doesn't have any mandatory minimum unless a firearm (or replica) is involved. It was unprovoked and I almost died. Pretty sure he was released that same year. I'm shocked they charged 8 little kids with murder. Apparently you actually have to kill someone to get any form of punishment for a crime these days.
Sounds like something others who don't have the same values of most Canadians would do. Remember few years back when the gang of 13 teen and adult girls who I believe where India or samali Muslims went into that apartment in Canada as they recorded it and beat that girl and her mom for accusing some man of raping her.
