I still think the parents should be charge even if they had the gun legally why did they not have it put up somewhere so the kid can get to it it should be child neglect or something I just hate our justice system

I volunteered at an after school program, and a kid said he wanted to be a killer when he grew up and pointed finger guns at the other kids. Its disturbing that here are a lot of kids with that mentality, and he was around 6yrs old.
Sue the kid, the parents. Oh wait they probably don't have the money to milk from.
She should sue the parents of the kid.
