I enjoy watching Elon's creativity. However, Lithium is going to be the issue going forward. The geopolitical obstacles of mining Lithium, and price, will make an "all" electric vehicle cost prohibitive to most. The average cost to replace a battery on a Tesla (currently) is $15,000. There are huge Lithium reserves around the world, the largest of which is in Afghanistan. We would have to have a global harmony like never before in world history to achieve the ability to harvest these reserves. I'm hopeful, but I'm not holding my breath. There's a better alternative…
