Musk or others should launch a new platform simular to YouTube only uncensored so a political narrative cannot be forced upon creators or videos taken down because a woke reviewer doesnt like a different view. He is prolonging firing them with his coming or going. The biggest punishment is not being fired but how and when.
People don't seem to understand that all individuals have limited brain capacity, which means they need to allocate their time, activity, and mental effort to things they view worthwhile. Elon Musk's character is that he scatter shoots his efforts all over the place while disregarding a few measured responses that would make him appear more sane. There are portions of his character that are not balanced, and whether you view it as good or bad, the determining factor of what he does is if the results of his actions are not harmful.
