So thankful the babies are safe. This NEVER would’ve happened if the mother would not have left them unattended, in the car, unlocked and running. What did that mother think was going to happen? 1:11 the amber alert did not go out immediately. The babies were kidnapped after 9p. The amber alert did not go out until after 4a. Thankfully the babies were found but had the alert gone out right away, they would have been recovered sooner.
