So tired of blue blood elitists telling us what to think. Chargers do not work, or the lines cut for the copper, or the line is hours long. Only the rich can afford this. They'll never be practical for heavy industry no matter what she says.
Tesla is the only manufacturer that is really showing a profit from electric vehicles
And I don't see new charging stations near me and its thousands of dollars to install a charging system in a private home
My family has owned several fully electric Nissan Leafs, and I was always impressed by how peppy their acceleration was and by how cheap they were to drive.
I might also add that one Leaf sustained a 40 mph collision from the rear, yet maintained the integrity of the passenger compartment.
So does normal cars
I currently drive a plug-in hybrid and most of my driving is EV mode.
A full tank of gas will last a year unless I take a road trip.
I'm hoping to have it until 2030. By that time, I expect the battery technology and range will be so much better.
I want a full EV but am waiting for the vast improvements.
Right until everything is electric and the cost for electricity goes the roof.
