One of the four RS-25 engines on the Artemis I rocket could not be cooled enough to allow for a safe launch Monday morning, forcing NASA officials to tentatively reschedule the launch to Sept. 2. If the launch does not happen that day, it could be pushed later into September or even October, NBC News correspondent Jake Ward reports.

The country is now bankrupt. That's why it failed miserably. It will continue to fail from now on by the way. There's nothing you can do.
Just use 1969 tech 🤣
US needs a lot of catching up.
Hasn't NASA launched rockers before?
Didn't learn anything? Sounds like a high school project. Sad display of incompetence. I wouldn't begin a "countdown" for launch until actually ready. Fuel leaks? You cut one corner too many. There should be no way to have a fuel leak in a rocket engine. Sounds like my old '49 Chevy. Sad, indeed. Call Elon.
WASTING Millions ?Politian's sticking nose? red tape ?along with belief cheap scape want to use old out of date scrap is he best way to get to moon is killing Artemis? Just give Musk Capsule and 3 quarters of NASA cash wasted and get job done cutting all the strings slowing SpaceX down?? May be there are People in USA Leadership who want China and Russia to be top of the space Hill
Nasa needs to check a few more boxes. The Latinx and Asianx and LGBTQXyz and Proudboys and MAGaloids said they need to also be represented and put stickers on that rocket before it can go. Hurry.
sorry lady you'll never get to the moon. no one will touch mars for 50 more years at least. Artemis will never be able to do what apollo 11 did.
Yall need to just let SpaceX fly yall
Excuse me, I want my money back. I heard that Social Security may disappear or, be sharply reduced in 2034. Please explain to me why we are flying all over the galaxy. Can we use a little of that technology to resolve the mess we have created on this planet, please? Seriously. I want my money back.
🚀It's taken 60 years to get to this point!!! 🌕👩🚀I'm very excited to see the first person land on the moon! 🚀🌕
Elon and Bezos are somewhere laughing
Well you would expect a few problems after near 100 bill plus near 5 bill a launch .
She looks awfully nervous and her constant ah hahs is absolutely hilarious 😂. It's so fake!! How can anyone actually buy into this garbage. They would've known about the lunar eclipse prior to this "launch" and exactly the distance between the earth and moon…..good lord it makes zero sense.
Sanction the rocket 🚀. The rocket 🚀 will work. Sanctions works
If she wants to go to mars, she should probably go to work for SpaceX.
Use the same rockets we used in 1969 to put a man on the moon. The rocket technology is 53 years old. Just use that to get to the moon again. Space hasn’t changed in 53 years. NASA wasted $50 billion on this rocket when they should have used the proven rocket technology used in 1969. We’ve taken men to the moon. Why is it so difficult now 53 years later? Please get the shadows correct this time. Please don’t let a cameraman be seen in the visor of the astronauts this time! 🤫🤫
SpaceX and Elon Musk will put a human on Mars before NASA puts another human on the moon. The Artemis program is HORRIBLY mismanaged
America, yours days are gone.
This is laughable. We are told they sent people to the moon in 1969. Seems they can't do it today. Of course, than and now it was and still is fake.
When did pete davidson get into space?? :07 seconds into the video…..
Some Americans are crazy, they are cursing at NASA, literally, for showing this kind of weakness to the Chinese and Russians. It's pretty bizarre that the people who have the most toxic reaction to this are the Americans, specifically the MAGAnites.
Meanwhile the un manned program has been worth every hard fought dollar.
Who sabotaged it? THE RUSSIANS DID IT
Overbudget. Over schedule. hey… when the govt says it’s SAFE…. Please dear god, put biden and harris on it!
The pos launch tower is the cause of the issues!!
Give it to space x
No, massive corruption and inefficiency caused the delay. The USA government has become the corrupt joke of the world, now they don't have stolen German scientists and Russian technology, NASA can't even launch a rocket.
You want face badly , you lose face badly
Nasa is a Joke
I thought we already went through 2 or 3 wet dress rehearsal and it was confirmed successful?
Be happy it was caught sooner rather than later

US concerns over the transfer of technology that could be used for military purposes
US didn’t kick out the Russia because
NASA became dependent on Russian crew capsules
when US shuttles were grounded after its failure.
Putin might withdraw from ISS programme in 2025 because
it’s reaching the end of its functional life.
Chinese Space Station’s got
a three-person crew of 3-month mission
is one-fifth the mass of the ISS but it’s more spacious
and it’s fitted with wifi-connection and other innovations
video calling from the space station to earth
shorter travel time from two days
increase the number of automated and remote-controlled systems
China and Russia plan for a joint International Lunar Research Station running through 2036.
But we’re expected to believe that the US intends to defend the "rules-based order"
that Russia and China are posing a challenge to.
US ‘CHIPS Act’ will backfire with foreign investment bans.
US is forcing global chip-makers to choose sides,
it makes no sense for them to ditch their huge investments with China
just to chase after some subsidies in the US.
The US only accounts for 12% of total chips manufacturing worldwide,
while four-fifths of all fabrication plants are located in the Asia
and China is a key player in this industry.
Who needs smart chips that are 5 or 2 -nanometre,
if everything is moving to the clouds?
Communication, processing and storage can be all done in the clouds
especially when you have 5G.

Was the US moon landing in 1969 fake?
NASA 2024 moon landing jeopardised
because space suits aren't ready
NASA spent $420 million on space suit development since 2007,
Current suits worn by astronauts on the International Space Station are restrictive,
haven’t been upgraded in decades,
and aren’t designed for long walks on the Moon.
Well, NASA had achieved yet another boondoggle. As if we haven't learned from the Space Shuttle how ridiculous and expensive it is to send these tourists where there is no climate to grapple with. Meanwhile, corporations are going to profit immensely. from this taxpayer give-away.
..let's build a very large bomb and put four suckers on top of it!..
Eight and half seconds … uh, not quite.

I guess all it took was a second cold war for USA to think about going back to the moon.
I feel sorry for Americans at a time like this. Having a company as smelly as Boeing are now, running this program is madness.
Already the cost and technical malfunctions bare this out.
Artemis should carry a tribute to the Apollo engineers because of what they achieved with very limited technology.
But instead it’s already becoming a lesson in profligate management and lower 21st Century standards.

Scrubbed. Is that what SLS stands for, Scrubbed Launch System? This relic was supposed to launch in 2016. I guess another month or two of delays won't matter.
I do believe I saw a news broadcast that said a lightning strike hit the tower .
