The head of the EPA is calling on Norfolk Southern to conduct and pay for cleanup actions associated with the train derailment carrying toxic chemicals. NBC’s George Solis reports the the train company’s CEO said in an interview that he has come back to the town multiple times to reinforce residents that they are safe.

Why is EPA & DeWine still “talking”about making Norfolk Southern accountable for cleaning toxic chemicals. Multiple clean-up crews should’ve already been there around the clock to remove as much of the toxic contamination as possible. And Norfork Southern already covered contaminated soil and free liquids to quickly rebuild rail line to reduce down time, so is the EPA going to force Norfolk to redo/remove toxic soil properly around rail line?

The Feds need to go in and SHUT THEM DOWN, clean it up and send them the bill. ANY amount of rain will INCREASE the amount of Contaminated Soil.
