  1. the fact that emergency rooms are now primary care centers for illegal aliens doesn't help. but it's still all about the keeeeds.

  2. This is why kids need a strong role model like ANDREW TATE!

  3. I read lots of posts of blame, but little offers of suggestions to either treat, cure, and/or prevent this epidemic.

  4. I have been working in public education for 25 years. This problem is not new. People should really, really consider having kids after they've turned 30. Young parents are the root cause of these problems. Especially young parents with more than 3 kids. TERRIBLE.

  5. Social media raising Alot of babies theses days

  6. it really is important though. have to have your priority's in correct order. i hope the america could also, because they are the cause of this mental confusion for the peoples.

  7. Surely isolating them for 2-3 years didn't play a part.

  8. Liberals always scream about mental health but for some reason never admit it's their failed policies that cause it to get worse😂😂😂😂

  9. I blame the politicians, the fake news media, and social media for all the mental health issues with children.

  10. Friends as parents, helicopter parents, everyone gets a trophy, injecting politics/issues into school, feelings over facts, the list goes on and on as to why we're in this mess now. Ugly, bad, or any form of improper parenting has come to roost.

  11. This makes sense when you look at the education system.

  12. I bet those children that are so sad they can’t actually function, are not being separated from their phones.

  13. This should send shock waves through society, but it doesn't. Babysat by strangers, electronic devises for character building, sexualized, ignored, abused and losing the security of good schools and mentors. Social anxiety, selfies for identity ego, no communication, and no family guidance. No one to talk to no where for safety. Peace to the Wold.

  14. 1) I blame bad parenting, not spending enough time with their kids. 2) Social media 3) School system, all the crazy things that they are teaching them lately in school 4) The American diet, messing up kids hormones etc…

  15. I'd sincerely like to know if there is a common denominator with a majority of these children. Hopelessness was mentioned in this report and that is completely understandable. All you have to do is listen to a few nightly news reports to get it. The high cost of higher education, including trade schools, the economic outlook for housing, food, transportation and so forth, social isolation that technology developed to bring us closer together has actually driven us further apart and very little outside activities for teens less organized sports. It's a very different world than what I grew up in. We were always outside, active, playing with neighborhood friends, riding bikes together for miles all day, going to the skating rink and having plenty of free play/game outside time in elementary school for recess and PE. One TV in the home, even if after school shows and Saturday morning shows were not shared with parents, we still had plenty of family TV time that was shared.
No I'm not suggesting that we go backwards to "the good old days", I am suggesting that perhaps we take some of positive aspects of the past and apply them to address this very dangerous and disturbing trend that is literally killing our kids. Some kids may need pharmaceuticals, but certainly not all. A mass drugging is beyond insanity, no pun intended. "Where there is no vision, the people parish". Our children need a vision and hope for the future. They need physical activity and sunlight. They obviously need more than what they are getting from their phones, laptops, social media accounts and video games.

  16. I’m 28 years old and I got fired for having many panic attacks at work

  17. Well, gee, these kids are only being denied their childhood by the schools, have to wear a Kevlar vest the moment they leave the house, their older peers don't have their best interests in mind politically, these same peers are denying their existence if they're even slightly different, our mental health care sucks, they've just come out of a pandemic with a virus that's killed both young and old, they have no hope of a career because college is a sham and no one is hiring, they're all hungry because food prices have been inflated to an all time high, every time they turn around their world is either flooding or on fire, and they can't walk down the street or play outside without being shouted at or arrested or shot or all of the above. These kids are practically being SMOTHERED with reasons to be anxious, depressed, miserable and suicidal.

  18. Kids only have social media.
No more friends, family values nor bible studies.
To be grown as empty souls.

  19. Forcing all this transgender on young children , Covid isolation , two income families ect

  20. The ER department is the wrong department to go to…
They should be directed to the Psych department.

  21. I guess the free-range child rearing method isn't working.

  22. The only thing that’s has changed in the last 20 years is social media .

  23. Just BAN SOCIAL MEDIA in it’s entirety. Those apps are run by dictators.

  24. To improve the mental health of young people, a solution could be for humanity to ENSURE safe housing, clean water, healthy food, quality education, and full health care for everyone, while planning future development to be in harmony with the Earth and with each other. There's a lot to that but it is possible with our current technology…I envision a secondary safety net/human-made mycorrhizal network/underground system of honesty for children and adults consisting of apps to ENSURE safe housing, clean water, healthy food, quality education, and full health care, an online educational and empowering system of government to identify problems and vote on the most logical and ethical solutions, and a community builder simulator to plan future development to be in harmony with the Earth and with each other. So most people could earn a living wage working towards an ensured basic standard of living for everyone, while achieving self actualization in the process.

  25. They can see that they don't have a future. What should we expect?

  26. Lockdowns were bad for kids. Eventually these kids will enter the workforce and many will work remotely.

  27. KIDS WHO HAVE KIDS RAISE MORE DUMB KIDS!

  28. Exposing children to the materials and concepts that some people are pushing on children is bound to confuse and upset them.

  29. It's Cell Phones Duh
Intense Artificial exposure to Dopamine during Developmental Stages. Keeping Children from Normal And Regular Life Experiences that Shape a Child's Mind. Development of Personality , Overcomming Challenges, Effective Communication , and most importantly Self Image and Confidence!
Quit Letting Access to the Internet Raise and Entertain your Children

  30. Many children are filled with spirits of Satan. This is why their behavior is full of violence, full of evil, full of murder.

  31. Find a neighbor kid, especially "that kid down the street" and start mentoring.
Even menial tasks help. They need well a rounded purpose for life. Start today.

  32. Tiktok, video games, and multiple other reasons. Open your fkn eyes America and don't let the lefts demonic agenda indoctrinate you or your children. Eliminate corruption. Don't let the left destroy this country

  33. BTW, this is exactly the result the APA and our education unions want. All is going as planned.

  34. All kids throughout time have dealt with this. Qt least there some support now. Back then we just take it out on ourselves every night trying to just appease the fight. Nobody ever brought a gun to school lol.

  35. WHY 🗽🇺🇲 M4A: 🧠 is part of body🚹🚻🚸

  36. Maybe it's time to take the glowing rectangles away from kids.

  37. I work with kids and have saved 3 from suicide. I can say without a doubt that BAD PARENTING is the number one factor contributing to mental health issues in kids, and the social aspect of school is number 2. I am appalled at the selfish and vapid parents out there who put themselves first and don’t even understand how to be around their kids much less listen to them or even love them. Too many parents have turned parenting into a competitive sport, forcing their kids to have the best grades, be involved in every activity, have the best birthday parties….best, best, best, everything while the kids suffer massive abuse and self esteem issues. Then, there are parents who aren’t even remotely interested in their kids in any way, shape, or form. In both cases, the humanity and compassion is missing and there is a scary lack of ability for people to even connect to the kids. It breaks my heart every single day.

  38. Get them off the tablets.

  39. How is this surprising? Homelessness, racism, hatred, economic disparity and so many other issues they see. Thank you America for all you do to make this country horrible.

  40. Imagine realizing that your perfect world is collapsing right before your eyes and you still have your whole life to live. Parents need to grow up.

  41. How about cellphone use desensitizing kids to dopamine leaving them to under-develop cognitive control which makes darker thoughts harder to fight off.

  42. Bring back the asylum system!
