Authorities are still searching for a 34-year-old escaped inmate from a Pennsylvania jail, who was convicted of murdering his former girlfriend. Police say they believe he is hiding in the area around the prison and is still considered “extremely dangerous.”

back in the old days, the paid authorities understood when they said we need the communitys help, that they also operated jurisdictional discretion creating a posse of armed citizens to possibly put themselves at risk apprehending or locating the suspect or wanted killer. plenty of things went wrong, and still can, but more often than not the killer was returned or killed in order to keep the peace. peace, is whats needed here.
