The way Australia is playing,I doubt if they can win this time or not..very much disappointed with the recent performances! First in india,the against England on home soil,and today once again against india. Every time they were so close to the victory line and from there they lost the matches repeatedly! Smith and Maxwell completely out of form,contributing nothing to the team,moreover missing crucial catches on crucial times,I am a huge fan of Australian cricket and a big fan of maxi and smith as well,but if they doesn't contribute for the team then it becomes really tough for the team,finch is out of form as well,he isn't consistent at all at the moment. In some matches he scores,in some matches he doesn't. Against west indies he scored one fifty,then in today's match a 75,apart from that he didn't perform well,in most of the matches Australia lost their first wicket within the 6th over,that certainly creates a pressure for the team,early wickets always creates pressure from the batting point of view,and then again smith being out of form making things easier for the opponent. His strike rate is pathetic at this moment and wasting deliveries as well. I am not pretty sure how Australia is going to deal with this,if they can manage it then we can expect a good fight ahead of the tournament, or else i don't see any hope for them. First they lost series against England, and now against india, this is really poor performance by team Australia. According to their standard, their chass this is completely unacceptable.

I don't want to have be the one that is whinging, but here goes, this cup is played in Australia yet most games are on Fox, absolute disgrace, it is not about if i can afford it or not, which i can easily, but will not on principal, why does free to air T.V. exist if you aren't going to show any f….. thing of value on it?, it's time we stand up against these rich bastards who have almost complete control of our governments and our societies.
