A former Philadelphia police officer has been arrested for the fatal shooting of a 12-year-old boy. Edsaul Mendoza has been charged with with first-degree murder, third-degree murder, voluntary manslaughter and possession of an instrument of a crime in the March 1 fatal shooting of Thomas “TJ” Siderio, Krasner. WCAU reports.

What a bunch of BS. Let's ignore the fact that his family completely failed him years and years before this happened and they are the reason he was 12yo, riding around with a stolen gun, shooting at the cops. It's a shame that nobody who is outraged now did anything to change is horrible life when they could have. There's a picture of him at around 8-9 flipping the bird. If he hadn't had a stolen gun, wasn't out at night with another minor, and didn't shoot at cops, he may still be here, but let's not talk about any of that.

BLM on the scene and taking over the investigation from local police, spokesperson for the organization stated that if the colors were reversed,, there would be no charges filed,, due to his membership status in the organization , he will have Access to a lawyer at no expensive of his own,, The organization is claimed these are racist fueled charges against an innocent officer,,
So if roles were reversed meaning skin color of course it would be justified. If people don't wake up by now we gonna be in serious trouble. It is time for us as melanin people to stick together or be wiped out by the hands of our own brother or sister.
