The LA Innocence Project has taken up the notorious case of convicted killer Scott Peterson in new court filings.
He was arrested and charged with first-degree murder of his wife and second-degree murder of their unborn son.

Yeah, I have only seen circumstantial evidence. It is possible that someone else did it, y'know the saying about it's better someone guilty go free than for an innocent man to be convicted — his behavior shouldn't be the best evidence they have.

Scott Peterson is not innocent. He is THE only perpetrator in the murder of both his wife and unborn child. He deserves nothing more than to rot for the rest of his life in prison.

This is a time waster and money. I will say i see him as guilty, guilty and guilty, But I want to get it to right, is on her pregnancy and he being charged with killing 2 people. So in California and other states they call a pregnant woman as having a lump of cells or a fetus if aborted and it is ok to dispose of it with no crime involved, but if a woman is pregnant no matter how long it is considered a human and if a person kills the pregnant mother, the murderer can be charged with killing a unborn child. So is it a child or not???????? If killed by Abortion it is not a child, but if a woman is murdered while pregnant it is a child it is called murdering a child??????? WHAT!!!
I've watched the documentary and listened to several podcasts about this case. There's just too many holes. Alot of things were ignored that shouldn't have been. It's not 100%, and for a conviction, it is supposed to be without any doubt.
They are wasting their time.

It has been well over 20 years, I was living in the Bay Area at the time, where it happened and the very first time they reported her missing at Christmas I knew that fucker did it.
Listen to podcast by crime junkies season 1. They do a good job on presenting the whole case. Lots of things we never knew, for both sides.
