Three officials say they are tracking a suspected Chinese spy balloon that has been hovering over the Northern U.S. A spokesperson for the Pentagon is calling it a “high-altitude surveillance balloon” that they will continue to monitor it closely. NBC’s Courtney Kube has the details.
