Where's the market mechaanism in this equation? To speak of perverse incentives like rewarding money- sometimes hefty sum- for reading x numberof books per yrs or doing/finishing homework assignments, or getting Covid vaxx, and handing out money to childcare takers – whatever you call, for late pickup of their kids after school. Anyway, should we not think more about the effetiveness of caps and trade or carbon tax credit system as they mentioned, to be good economically and climate-wise, and they won't drill for more oil when supplies is more than enough and price is not as lucrative, and they won't do it during Trump's when oil price and demand was really low around U.S fed land. So where's that idea?
