Why is it that the Supreme Court hasn’t even said anything that Jack Smith has not been elected by Congress to do anything all his charges are not legal the whole system is a pony show
Congress has not elected Smith to do anything. He has no power of the constitution to do what he’s doing so why aren’t the Republicans addressing this the man has no power to prosecute Donald Trump but yet the police show Republicans are letting this happen.

What people don't seem to understand is Trump's direct involvement on the capital attack! This is a result of states rights, they can definitely point to this clause and remove primary candidates as they deem fit. Do we collectively assume that the election was rigged in Joe Biden's favor with the evidence presented? We have a huge MAGA presence in out government, with Supreme Court aiding him, who would surely seek prosecution if Joe Biden rigged the election, so why are we ignoring January 6th capitol attack like it isn't something that ought to sound alarm bells about Trumps views on our democratic process.
