Shame on the father who clearly should have understood the risk. A nineteen-year-old may have wanted to go may have been very excited but still hasn't lived enough life to understand the risk. The United States government doesn't put that type of expense or effort into finding or solving crimes. We have people that we believe have been affected by crime and we spend no money investigating the circumstance or trying to find the individual. This should be against the law to spend tax money on this. The company should reimburse the government for this.
