An explosion destroyed a section of Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. Officials said a tanker truck carrying thousands of gallons of gasoline caught fire under the highway. NBC News’ George Solis has the latest.

This is really a strange situation. First there was that coincidental flood of the entrance to that city entrance and then all that blockage for the port. And all the delivery depots loading docks lift systems failed, now this??? Really strange times, I don’t even want to go out and drive anymore.
