I don't think the Ukrainians would be able to use those F-16 effectively due to lack of training. Second, providing maintenance to those thanks will be a big challenge for the Ukrainians. It would not matter what Biden does, whether it is too much or not enough. Has this guy talked to or attended any of the interagency meetings?
